The Tshau Family boast’s of having a dynamic team of individual with many years experience in the security industry, retail, private and public sector. Tshau has a huge data base of qualified security personnel that are currently working on their projects nationally.

E N Makhado – Director
Elliot has an extensive background delivering results and solving the complex issues encountered in the security industry - effectively aligning, balancing, and solutioning issues within the fundamental building blocks of the security industry. His careers began over 20 years ago with a brief tenure as a security guard and have risen through the ranks. This experience makes it possible to give solutions incorporated in the client’s requirements and building blocks of giving quality service.



Freddy Manenzhe - Director
Freddy is passionate about service delivery with over 15 years in the security industry, He has been instrumental in the operations of many retail facilities across the province. Freddy is responsible for the client relationship management and quality assurance. Tshau believes in putting the customer needs first and ensure that quality is delivered all through the services.
Freddy is also a director and CEO of an Environmental and Engineering firm ( Chanzo Investment Holdings) operating in three provinces, viz Limpopo, Gauteng and Mpumalanga.



Jones Mphalo – Director
Having spent many years in Operations, Jones is a passionate individual with experience in the Retail sector, and has worked on various service improvement models in both the public and private sector.
